"Run while resizing"

Is there any chance this option could be split up into several, such as:

- Run while resizing
- Run while menu/popup opened
- Run while scrolling

I ask because I want my application to pause when a menu is opened, but run when a scrollbar is used.

I've just found out something really annoying. I'm working on a map editor, and when you click a menu item over the map area, it places a tile. Same for when you open a combo box, or other object. Another annoying point is I use a right-click menu so the user can setup 'events', but the application isn't paused when the menu is opened, so they can move the selector around even when the menu is open. :\
