Temporary directory - Deleting files

Another short question:

Deletes the application all files within it's temporary directory or there are some specifications it tests before?

I want to save some files there, who have to be deleted at the end of the application without any work from my side.

Seems to me like it deletes the whole directory. So you should be safe.

All the files are deleted if you select the "Compress the runtime" option in the properties of the application. If you unselect this option or if you build a screen saver, only the files created by the runtime (extensions, filters, etc) are deleted.
