Site Search Not Working

Is there a problem with the site search function. I don't get any results for things that I know I should get results for. And if I try a second search, it tells me I can't do another seach right now. Been like that for a couple of days.

Can you tell me what your searching for?
I just tried a search (and set the time back farther then the 1 week default) and it worked.

I don't like the site search because of the massive delay before another search is possible. Can you reduce the delay? I guess a higher default than 1 week would be more useful, too.

I hafta agree on the "delay " thing... what is the current delay set to?

Can it be reduced?(shortened?)

I was looking for posts that I had made. I put in my name drnebula, which always worked in the past. Does this kind of search not work with the new system?

Weird I put your name in the search box under the user name and the posts came up. I don't know why it is not working for you.

I will look around.

Ijust tried it, and it is working. It is not catching all of the posts, however. I just did a search and found a post where I listed all of the MMF 1.5 extensions that I needed for MMF 2. It did not catch that post. Yes, weird. And I got nothing at least a dozen times over the last two days.
