Local Library is empty

Hi,

I just received the software for Christmas, but I have some limited experience with it. I started to create a game today. When I created my title page, there were lots of items in my local library. However, when I tried to create the next page, the local library was empty. Even when I go back to the title page, the local library is now empty. Where did everything go and how do I get it back?

I think that unless you copy the files to your hard drive, you will need to navigate to the CD-ROM to get the library files.

So in your Library toolbar, click the "CD-ROM" label and you should see them again.

You can run the installer again and make sure you select the full installation if you want the libraries on the hard drive.

Thanks for the information. I doubleclicked on CD-ROM from the Library Toolbar, but nothing came up. Now what?

Insert your CD, then right click on the CDROM text in the library toolbar and select EDIT. Navigate to your CDROM drive that contains the software then into the folder "Lib", click OK then it will appear.

Of course for this to continue to work you would need the CDROM in the drive, so i would do as Jeff says and reinstall, and select to install the library files if you have the disk space, as its much easier that way
