Unfortunately, false positives are common these days. Not too long ago, some antivirus scanners reported all MMF applications to contain backdoor agent DT, which they certainly do not.

I still have to explain to some people every now and then that my games does not contain viruses.

    Re: New extension: Zip Object

No, that's not clickteam's responsibility. A false positive, is always an error in the virus definitions files. What you can do, is let the antivirus programmers know about the false positive, so they can fix it for the next virus definitions update. In this case, they did fix it of course, but it do happen every now and then that somebody has old virus definitions files, and forgot to update...

    Re: New extension: Zip Object

Many of my applications I have sent to my friends are registered as viruses and cannot run. This seems to happen only on certain people computers, but I can't look at their computers to try to figure out what the problem is.
