If you read the list of bug fixes of the build 243 you'll see that this problem has been solved, at least for most of the images. The fix might not be perfect though. Random Poster, do you use the build #243? If not, update your version and retry. If you use the build 243 and the problem still happens, then that's because the bitmap under the transparent area contains random pixels, try replacing them with the default transparent color of the image.

I'm using build R243. Random pixels? Everything in the transparent area is a solid black color (in addition to being 100% transparent.

Should I submit the animation that is causing the problem?
