    [Request] Function for Dialog Box

While I'm sure this has popped up before...

This request is actually aimed at Clickteam, for they are the ones who developed the Dialog Box. Which is at the moment one of the extensions I've used most.

But what it misses is the ability to add a Sub-App in the Dialog Box. The Sub-App would be perfect, because the Dialog Box does not support control for custom graphics (for instance, I can't add a sprite). It would open a new world for the Dialog Box. Especially with the Tab Control.

But perhaps I have way too much imagination? Perhaps this isn't possible at all?

you can emulate the display of subapp with tabs or other controls of the dialog box object with events.

You can make a sub-app behavior like a dialog box.

All you do is either use buttons to simulate tabs make.
Then you bring over a different sub-app within it.
Yes you can a sub-app within a subapp.

The only thing you've got to be careful of is the deactivate if too far from frame functionality of MMF2.

Re: [Request] Function for Dialog Box

I've done the same before; I created my own dialogue boxes etc. with my own graphics by making them in a separate frame and then calling it into view as a Sub-App when its needed. The fact that you can also share data between it as well is useful
