Is this a Bug with the Active Picture Object?

In my app, I have an Active Picture object that loads a file called "Picture.JPG" when I hit the Button. The first time I hit the button, it works good. But, if the Picture.JPG is changed into a different picture, but keeps the Picture.JPG file name, the Active Picture Object won't reload the Picture.JPG file with the new picture data.

I've got a work around... have it load a different picture immediately before I load the Picture.JPG. I was just wondering if this was a bug that needed to be reported.

I recently seen this answered on the forum, I think you need to de reference (open another file) the picture filename and then you can reload the jpg file.
