Sound Effects

I have the disk in to put sound effects on. The sound effects come right from the disk but it says that they are not compatable. What should I do?

What disk. You need to be more clear for people to help. I'm assuming the cedond mmf cd that includes sounds to use...? Those should (of course) all be compatible.

It is the MMF2 bonus disk. Audio files do come up from it but it says that it is an unknown format. The symbol next to if is the music match symbol.
