The easiest way to make it possible would be to have an additional group called users.

Sidenote: *PLEASE* use a more descriptive subject in the future. Just asking for help isn't very helpful. If you asked for data storage help then someone who was an expert at INIs could think "ooh, I can do this one". Furthermore, it would be helpful if you had a descriptive title then if someone a day later thought of the answer, they could find the topic again to reply. Oh, and people could locate the topic through the search facility more easily.
