Over time, it is good to regularly add a few new testers from the userbase. New Devs, with the right qualifications and professionalism, are also a benefit.

Users whom you observe as being regular on the forums, mature, polite and helpful as well as knowledgeable and adept at using MMF, might be good candidates for the Test Tank. Feel free to recommend them and we can consider an invitation for a test drive.

I think all of you know what it takes to be a member of the EDT. Plus, the candidate has to really want to develop extensions here and bring them to publication via CT. It is great experience and there is more help and information available. Plus, CT is always more than glad to be on your Resume and provide a letter of recommendation when needed.

Of course, many extensions are produced here with the community and products in mind, but we are gradually working towards some specific, contracted extensions and really want to be able to assign them to the stable of Devs that exists here. It is a matter of revenue and how well the company does. It could be some extra, needed cash for something you are good at an like doing on the side, or maybe, later on ... who knows.

Anyway, if you happen to be in contact with someone who makes extensions and feel they would be good material for the group and would like to vouch for them, please note that here or contact me.

We don't need a HUGE amount of Devs, but everyone has their own skills and interests, so diversity is obviously important.

Thanks!
