    laptop scrolling bug

When i use the scrolling feature of my new laptop's touchpad (running your finger along 2 of its edges), it causes any mmf made thing to jam, it seems, and nothing will make the application continue running...
Is it called a touchpad? It's been so long since ive used a laptop.

Yes, it is called a "touchpad".

You might want to start with checking the driver for your touchpad. They do have issues, like any input device. Check for an update and see if that helps.

I have noticed that, on some laptops, the touchpad is using the default mouse driver. Using the driver made specifically for your touchpad will usually give better results and more settings and control.

    Hope that helps.
