Does anyone have Grid Object?

I am looking for the extension that was originally made for MMF1.5 called 'Grid Object' by Mohktar. I have the beta version and am looking for the full release version (version 1.4 or 1.5 i think)

If anyone has it or a similar extension made for MMF2 please let me know, thanks!

I think the source of Grid Object was lost, so it can't be converted to MMF2.
I also think that there is no full release, unless I'm confused with another object.

If you have installed the bonus packs and you search for an extension that can origin to a grid, you can use "Easy Grid". (I think it was in the first bonus pack)

Also, if you're interested in the Path Finding feature you should try the Path Finder object.

well basically i need to use the grid object to map out the play area and assign each grid square a value to determine if an area is passable or not.

The object is actually very powerful and let me pathfind by determining the fastest way to a point by avoiding grid squares that were 'impassable'.

The reason i need the full version of this object is because I want to then be able to save the grid values in a file which i can then load into my game as I load each map relevant to the file. That way I dont have to re-define each grid value for each level as it will already be saved..

I do not know of any such object that is capable of doing this in mmf2.

Grid object by Mohktar was a great object for MMF1.5 and I think it was the better object for pathfinding. In MMF2, you can use Path Finding object for doing the same things.

Thanks. I dont suppose you or anyone has the extension by itself that they can send me? For some reason my version of MMF2 wont let me update or install any bonus packs so I cannon install the file needed...

oops, sorry didnt realise it was copyrighted, it hought it might have been a freeware extension.
