switching 'change resolution mode' at runtime

I'd like to have the 'change resolution mode' option (the one that stretches the window size to full screen) as an optionable feature for players, (therefore, to be able to change this at runtime) so I wonder if is this possible; havent found any extension for this (may be wrong)

    any solution/run command? thx

Re: toswitch option 'change resolution mode'at run

You can switch to and from full screen using the actions under the Storyboard Controls-chessboard-whateveryoucallit object: Window > Windowed Mode and Fullscreen Mode.

For people who didn't see it in the chatroom: It's because of DirectX + VRAM being turned on.

Nope, this is a know issue. The change resolution event just works when DirectX is off. Unfortunately.

The Big Box object can change resolution, but use it carefully.
Don't forget to store the old resolution and restore it when your game ends.
