Can you load two ODBC databases?

Ok, refresh my memory about this one:
If you have one ODBC object that uses one database, can you have one other that is connected to another database?

Some part of my brain seams to remeber that this is impossible since they both will connect to the last connected DB?
Or is this something of my imagination?

Re: Can you load two ODBC databases?

If i remember correctly (and im not sure i am, but im sure its in the help), you can only connect (in events) to one ODBC connection at a time using a single ODBC object.

So in theory you could have two ODBC objects connecting to seperate databases.

    Hope thats what you mean?

Yep, this is what I would like to do - use two ODBC object to connect to two db's.

However, I was under the illusion that the ODBC object for some reason couldn't do this, but perhaps my memory is wrong.
