    object dimensions

    Is there anyway of finding out the height or width of an object using the expression editor.

    Yes:

    Scale / Angle--> Get X Scale (for width)
    Scale / Angle--> Get Y Scale (for height)

    Wrong.

    Width = X Right - X Left
    Height = Y Bottom - Y Top

    Never hurts to try. I know I'm wrong a good portion of the time, but meh... it's better than doing nothing ^_^; I was thinking the same thing you were actually.

    I wish you could scale by pixel as an alternative to the current ratio method, like with active system objects.

    I guess that would be "resize" rather than "scale" though.
