If you have the right hardware and software then it is possible that an eyetoy-like device could be mapped to the keyboard/mouse. Aside from that, you'd have to find a good Active X control.

I've heard of Camtroller (here and here) but never used it.

    Re: movement detection

(please help) I got an activex control for the camera and i got a motion detecting activex control but I can't seem to get it to do stuff after something on the camera moves. also I made a sub-application that has an object on it with the window shape the same as the active object, and the window style is set to popup so that it stays in front of the video, but I forgot how to get the whole window to move in a direction every second or less. it's hard to explain.

hopefully if i can get these things working i'll be able to make a eyetoy type game.

how do I attach stuff to the forum

is it possible to make an activex control go behind an object without making it a sub application?
