    Runtime flood fill

I'm thinking about creating a 'colouring in' game for my daughter. Basically it's outlines of cartoon characters and things and she should be able to click on coloured blocks and then fill various parts of the picture with that colour, just like a colouring in book, like this:

Is it possible to flood fill in game like in the picture?

Try Overlay Redux or the Draw object.

Just a quick thought, what you could do is colour the various parts with a slightly different white rgb value then using the replace pixel colour action of the active object to replace the section with whatever colour was picked.

I'm trying the Draw object now but can't seem to change the colour of the brush or fill (from inside the event editor)! I'd attach the mfa but I don't know how!

    Re: Runtime flood fill

Ok, I was changing the 'fill' colour to fill, but for some reason I needed to change the 'outline' colour (then change tool to fill). So I can now draw in different colours and 'fill' (outline?) in different colours but how can I load in a picture and use that to fill in the various areas?
