ICP Interesting problem.

I have solved the issue but I thought I'd point out if you have multiple installations and one of the installs ommits some executables but, the Ommitted executable is set to run at the end of the install even though it is told not to install; It still installs and runs.

Does the EXE file exists in the directory of the installer? (or a sub-directory with the same relative pathname) When you don't install a file but have selected an option to run it, ICP runs it from the directory of the installer. Useful for CD-ROM installations when you want to run other programs that you don't install.

Ditto for shortcuts : you can create a shortcut to a file you don't install, the shortcut will point to the file in the directory of the installer (or a sub-directory, that depends on the pathname in the source directory).
