    Load-frame exe

Why is it, that when i build an exe, the Load-frame feature of the active object doesn't seem to work? yet, in the mfa, running it from mmf, it works fine.

A directory problem. I suggest you drop a string object, and copy in it the pathanme to the image you use to load the frame. Then check it is correct. I am sure it is not.

    Re: Load-frame exe

So, no more ideas. I has to be a pathname problem : is the pathname you use an absolute pathname, starting by a drive letter? If not change it and try again...

    Re: Load-frame exe

The pathname is correct. Try building an exe of an app that loads a frame into an active, and see if it works for you.

    Re: Load-frame exe

i can guess why this was necessary to make it work, however i think it should be made to work on 'automatic' mode somehow.

    Re: Load-frame exe

I think you could if you had some graphics in your app so that MMF needed the filter.

To save a little space (I guess) the EXE only includes the filters it needs .. It didn't know you needed it unless you tell it you need it.
