Some questions:

- You simply want to specify an X/Y location and retrieve the data from there, right?
- What happens with formulae? Should it simply ignore any cells with formulae in them?
- What if there's more than one sheet? Should it default to the first sheet and ignore the others? Or does it need to be able to tell u how many sheets there are, and give u the option to read them separately?

tbh you can prolly include an excel active x or something, try the listview object if you have MMF2 developer
