Counting backwards and forwards at once

I need a situation where one value rises, and the other falls at exactly the same rate. It needs to work so that if value A jumped up by 20 for example, value B would jump down 20. Is there some kind of formular I can use to make value B always gain the opposite amount to value A? I hope that wasn't too confusing.

This is the way to do that:
Always - Set value B to Alterable Value A * (-1)
