Image manipulator save ICO files

Is it possible to save multiple size icons into one Icon file?
If so how is it done? If not can it be performed in MMF2 Dev?

I'm having to use pixel toolbox when I want to make my own tool to just double click a file and it creates an icon with all the sizes in it.

I think Image Manipulatior only converts Pictures to an icon file, even PNGs with alpha channel. But nothing more.

Can the object be re-written to incorporate this function?
