As far as I know Clickteam send off products as soon as possible and there is no online tracking system. I think you should get a dispatch e-mail once your order has been processed and sent off (check your spam folder as it may end up in there). If you feel there may be a problem with your order then you can contact Clickteam at http://www.clickteam.com/eng/contact.php

When the product ships you will get an email.

If you have selected an express service you will also get a tracking number. If you have selected a slow service for most of the world it does not provide one.
