    Set FPS during runtime.

Is there a command line switch or an event that allows you to increase decrease FPS in MMF2?

Yes, there is a Set Frame Rate action in the Storyboard object in the event editor.

No, but you can easiy make one yourself though. In the special object there are expressions to get the command line given to your app and then just make a single 'start of frame' event that sets the framerate to the one from the command line if it exists.
