Please help!

I created a game one day when i was bored. You fold a piece of paper in half, have the first player draw a tank on his half of the paper, and same with player 2. Then player one puts a dot somewhere on his half of the paper. Fold the paper in half, you can see your openents tank through the paper like a water mark, if your dot hits his tank its like your shooting him.
So im trying to create a game like this. Im sorda new to MMF2. I cant figure out how to place a tank on the board four seconds after I click "buy tank". PLEASE HELP!
I cant add the file, but you can help you can try to help by replying, or email, i could send you the file. Currently im on the demo version. The computer i was on had the develper version.

OK that helped, before i was doing timer equal to 4 secs. i didnt do every for seconds.
