ASB with Ink Effects?

Is it possible to add Ink Effects support for the ASB or the BSB?
They're horribly missing and could be used to make awesome effects in applications.

I only just noticed this too - it confused me a bit because the Active System Box has a value for its transparency but doesn't actually use it.

Active Picture object already supports ink effects...

For ASB and BSB, they are not supported... Maybe in the future ? But if you want to do the same thing, you can simply use active object no ?

Tiled/centered image, 3D border etc...
