Why so heavy, these exe?

Well, i have to disagree totally, the size is not heavy.. it's actually pretty small, as compared to other things, like everyone says.

I guess the question i would ask is why the original poster requires the file size so small. As already mentioned by a number of people, the size isnt that great when compared to other programs etc.

As at the moment CT software only compiles to Windows PC's, its certainly not a problem on the PC platform.

Oh, nothing particular...
I just want to build a very small app, for very simple actions, like: rename a lot of files with the same extension, or modify the tags of a lot of mp3...

Yes i noticed that, but thats not exactly a good reason to need request a very small file.
