Problem: importing TGF1 games in MMF2 - layer

Hi.

I will get my copy of MMF2 in a few days (ordered it two days ago)...now I tried to load an old game created with TGF1 with the demo version of MMF2.

The game:

Frame 1 = level 1 with active objects, backdrops (normal and quick)
Frame 2 = level 2 with ...see above.

When the player finishes level 1 it jumps to level 2 in frame 2. But it doesn't work properly in MMF2 as all the backdrops of level 1 are still displayed in level 2.

e.g. I have a backdrop in level 1. A wall. = obstacle.
Game jumps to level 2...there are new walls. BUT the walls of level 1 are still visible in the background. Not as obstacles but just backgrounds.

What has changed here?
How can I jump from frame to frame without the backdrops from the previous frame being added in the next level?

Check the frame properties - runtime option and make sure the "Keep display from previous frame" in not checked.

Or it could be a bug in the demo version - I have not gotten any complaints along these lines with the full version.

Ah, thanks. Everything was checked. Each frame had this checked. Problem solved.
