The biggest problem is security, the old MMF1.5 webserver example was vulnerable to /../ to let people get any file off your pc.

theres no point in doing a MMF web server, I was gonna make an example for the release of MMF2 but didn't, MOOSock is insecure to 95% of buffer overflow attacks, it isn't multithreaded, its slow, its insecure... look at apache, see how many times that has been updated to prevent people from exploiting things. You can make one but the time and effort and security-wise just is not worth it
