system - select to user can control keyboard and detect keys even if application is without focus

I would like this as well. But now that Sphax told us a future extension would be able to do this, I'm happy again.

The zooming in and out might be interesting. But should be applied to layers only. (I mean, we don't want to zoom in on HUDs and stuff, now do we?)

In general, it seems to me you want something like a C++ workspace application... but easier. <:/
