    A feature MMF2/3 should have.

    I wasn't sure where to post this but yeah here goes.

    Add a frame editor mode where the user picks an object, and then when you click in the frame MMF paints the object in every time you click much like a tile editor program instead of having to keep dragging objects and also include an option you can turn on and off that if you place an object over a pre-existing one on the same layer then the pre-existing one gets deleted.

    I dunno I just thought it might speed up development time.

    Also it'd be nice to have a feature where you can load images from a sprite sheet with set dimensions you define when using the option for active objects that covers every frame of it's animation instead of having to load each individual frame so it'd get rid of the need to use Text Blitter if you do that kind of thing.

    These features are in the todo list. Re. the second feature, have you tried the Box mode in the Import dialog box of the picture editor? You can import a sprite sheet if each image is surrounded with a box (with the same color for all the boxes) and there is at least one empty pixel between the border of the image and the boxes. You can also set a pixel with a different color in the top & left borders of each box to define the hot spots, and in the right & bottom borders to define the action point.

    Ah, in fact I think you would like to import it in an action at runtime...

    Whoops yeah I should of clarified I meant importing during runtime.

    It's nice to know though that the tile editing-type frame editor is already planned. :grin:
