Selection via keyboard

I don't want to use my mouse, could someone tell me how to make my cursor move via keyboard and Highlight the option I'm on :blush:

You might need to be more specific than that - is it a keyboard-driven main menu (or the like) that you're trying to make?

Well I want my start menu and anything I would want to select specific buttons without using the mouse, rather the keyboard. I want to be able to scroll my menu with my up and down keys and have it highlight the button it's on.
