I'm trying to do something here, and it's proving to be very difficult.

The idea is as follows. I have a bunch of tiles which are active pictures. When they touch a certain object, I want them to rotate with random direction and speed, shrink slowly, and move toward a certain point in the screen.

Any ideas how to go about this?
