    Edit Box object question

Is there any way to make the Edit Box object only accept numeric characters? I've seen some before in Windows that prevent you from entering anything but numbers.

The object you are looking for is the masked edit object.
Might be a MMF Pro extension though.

    Re: Edit Box object question

You could use loops to remove letters and only allow numbers

Ah you mean like, with the use of the extract left substring function and testing if the entry field was changed?

    Re: Edit Box object question

I just uploaded a file in the file archive that controls various inputs. It uses the rich edit object and everything is programmed in the behavior of each Rich Edit Object. Hope this helps.

    Re: Edit Box object question

Just reloaded a version that works. I think because the other file was originally made with 1.5 it caused troubles. Reprogrammed everything in 2.0 now it works fine.

The file can be found HERE
