    Sounds sounds sound

    Well this is probably something I overlooked. When I compile a game to a stand alone EXE none of the external sounds played on channels will play so I was wondering what to do to alleviate this problem.

    Also, is there any way to play Windows system sounds so it's the sound the user picked in their Windows sound configuration?

    This happens because you only use external sound files. Edit the Sound filters in the properties of the application, unselect "Automatic" and select the filters you need.
