My music won't play on my computer!

For some reason, when I put music on my games, it doesn't play. Even the exe's on my site are effected. I think it is just my computer but does anyone know how to fix it?

P.S In the options bit of the exe file it is ticked "play music".

What music files are you trying to play? And how, do you use Direct Show or the MMF 2's system?

i am trying 2 play MIDI files in the built in music system

Try opening your volume settings and see if the wave etc. aren't muted. Can you hear other sounds?

Just out of curiosity, are the MIDI files you're using from the MMF2 library?
