Java max 256 Colors ?

have java from mmf 2 only 256 colors or later more ?

As far as I know, it currently supports the highest graphic mode in MMF (millions of colors).

16 Bit alphachannel ----> is the Transparens ok

Using an alpha channel means that you are defining transparency in your image.
