installation of extensions

I am having difficulty understanding where various 3rd party extension files (.cca, .cox, .gox, etc) are placed, and would greatly appreciate help/advice regarding their placement in he MMF2 folders.

.cca are MMF 1.5 or CnC games / applications, can be saved anywhere... GOX files are from TGF1 and cannot be used with MMF2, COX files are from MMF 1.5 and go in the MMF1 folder inside the MMF2 extensions directory, MFX are MMF2 extensions and go in the extensions dir, hope this helps
