Fade out music automatically?

Hello,

I have a frame and I start playing some looping background music when the frame starts. When my player´s lives have gone I have a "next frame" event. The frame I´m in at the moment has a (visual) fade out. When this frame has faded out the next frame is shown ("Game over") with a different music. Is there an easy (automatic) way to fade out the first frame´s music before I show the next frame or do I have to create some kind of loop in which I lower the music´s volume bit by bit?

It´s not very "professional" when the music of the first frame ends that abrupt...

[edit: I use the "Play and Loop Sample" function to play the music (WAV)]

Use this extension. You can load your music into a 'deck' (playback channel) and do "Stop with Fadeout." Likewise, you can do Play with Fadein.

thanks, but this link doesn´t work... Does the extension also support *.ogg files (that´s what I would use primarily due to the size-quality ratio of the music files (and it´s patent free (unlike MP3))
