At the risk of making some people angry, I never liked Vitalize, especially since a lot of people seem to be OK with JavaScript and Flash, but they don't want to download any other extra junk to play a game they don't know anything about.

When I found out that MMF2 would be able to make Java games, I became very happy. I'll soon have a good reason and the motivation to buy MMF2. Having the chance to make my own online games that just about everyone will be able to play is a great motivator. I'm tired of putting other people's games on my web site. I want to have some of my own. I have a ton of ideas I want to try.

Here's a question: would the average person making an online game with MMF2 need to use executable .JAR applications? Any big reason not to buy the cheaper version when I go to make my own online games? Would I be be missing out on something else that might be helpful?

    Thanks.
