Will I be able to make online tools too?

I've been wanting to make my own online games and tools for years using JavaScript or Flash, but I cannot learn and remember all of the things I need to know. When the finished Java version of Multimedia Fusion 2 is released, I'll buy it and maybe I'll be able to make some of the online games and tools I've been wanting to create.

I know a little about Multimedia Fusion 2 and played around with the demo a little bit, but until the Java announcement, it was hard to find a reason to go further or buy it since I did not want to use Vitalize.

Besides wanting to make some of my own online games, I need to create a few online tools to help me and others make background graphics and sprites for batari Basic games. In case anyone wants to know, batari Basic is a BASIC-like language for making Atari 2600 games.

[size:17pt]Question 1:
Will I be able to use the Java version of Multimedia Fusion 2 to let me 'paint' background graphics and sprites and then print the batari Basic code out on the screen based on what was 'painted'? (Then the code could be highlighted, copied, and pasted into batari Basic game code.)

I've seen videos on YouTube claiming that Multimedia Fusion 2 can do everything except cook you breakfast, so try not to rip me to shreds if that was a stupid question. I'm still unclear about what is and is not possible with Multimedia Fusion 2.

[size:17pt]Question 2:
If it is possible to convert graphics to batari Basic code, will I need to buy the more expensive Multimedia Fusion 2 Developer to get it done? It would be hard for me to come up with the money, but if the U.S. government sends us all some cash this year, maybe I could use that money to buy it.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

1) It's possible, but certainly not an inbuilt feature (you would need to work things out yourself). You could always download the demo if you want to see if it's the right tool for you.

2) No.

This is great news! Thanks for answering. I'm going to see if there are any video tutorials at places like YouTube so I can be ready for when the Java version is released.

Thanks again.
