Help with control X

i downloaded controll x but how do i use it and find it?

A) If you want to learn how to use it then insert the object and under the last tab click the help button.

B) Double-click anywhere in the frame and search for it in the extension dialogue. It comes under "All Objects" and "Control".

i tried to search control x but it did not work also i know how to make a control x obect but how do you simulate keys?
