select 1 istance object from many

hi

my rts game features many units and they are instances of same object as base with different value A as ID (they are create-object actives generated trough loops)

they work fine until I put in value X and Y the desired destination position (then I make them look at it with the Advanced Direction Object) but seems I cant *pick* them up properly in order to make each one look in its own values, (so far as result they all stop or start moving the same time until the first one reaches his point)

question is - how is possible to pick each istance in its on way in order to make it look at his values?
