Delay speed of gun shots

Anyone got a way to slow down how fast a gun fireS. I am useing the eight direction templete on a shooting gallery game. And as with my other games there is always one problem. Everything works fine but if I press the fire button on my joystick my gun fires as fast as I can press it. This makes it a little to easy to hit the targets if you can put 20+ shots on the screen at one time. Is there an easy way to fix this?

Add a "restrict actions" condition under Special -> Limit Conditions
