Space Ship Movement Rotation Speed

I'm trying to rotate a ship using the left and right arrow keys and make the rotation stay synchronized with the Rotation Speed provided by the Space Ship Movement.

I suspect I'm doing it wrong because I cannot keep them in synch...

On key pressed <-- my ship rotates + 4 but when I thrust the ship doesn't go the direction I'm expecting.

I've tried matching angle rotations and Rotation speed as equal numbers but that is way off. By increasing the Rotation Speed it appears at first to be ok, but the more rotation that is done, it quickly becomes obvious that it is way off.

Any tips???

Got it all figured out...

I'm using the vector movement now, as in the sample for vector movements.
