[Bug] Popup Menu - IDs of Parents

There is a very annoying issue with parents in the Popup Menu.



If an element becames a parent it looses its ID. So I can't rename it e.g. for multi-language applications. The old ID isn't shown too in the Setup Window.

Parent items have probably no ID because in Windows menus parent menus have no IDs, you have to access them by position. I guess this object directly uses the Windows routines. No time to check it right now, I'll add it to the wish list.
