    File Options > View/Run issue

For selected PDF file in Files > File Option > View/Run

View: View button on End page
    Run: -no-
    Prompt user: checked

When installer runs, appropriate buttons appear, but PDF files do not launch.

Re: File Options > View/Run issue

    I can't reproduce this.

I set one to view at end and then again with a button and they both worked?

Are you doing both options view and run or just one at a time and both are failing.

Also in your file properties that PDF isn't checked "do not install" or keep external is it?

If I get a chance before Yves pops on I will send you a test file to see if you can view a PDF on your computer.

What I have noticed with Adobe PDF reader before is if it wants to be updated they message box will hide in the back and not open the PDF.

Re: File Options > View/Run issue

Thank you for checking. This is new behavior. Previous builds works. What do you think should be my next best step? Thanks again.

The three file used for dialogs begin with:

    ..rk
    .sr
    ..vk

    www.clickteam.info/PDFTest.exe

See if this works for you - It works here just fine
I can view the PDF at the end when I click the button.

I see I am running build 29 let me update and try again.

Build 31 seems to work fine also for me

I don't know what could be going on.
Might need Yves to comment on this.

Your file does not launch PDF on my computer either. Thanks for helping me quickly determine that. My first thought, and one I looked into, was that Acrobat was being restricted in some way. Back to looking into that some more. Thanks again.

Re: File Options > View/Run issue

Was there ever a solution to this problem? I cannot get a VBS script to run either during or after installation.
