ViewPort Bug

In viewport it is supposed to be possible to rotate the screen.

In the event editor (List or Grid, Doesn't matter which), and click on actions and click viewport, it has all the options it should have but what's this? Rotate is shaded and unusable.

I click and click on Rotate but nothing happens, how am i supposed to rotate the screen?

I ask you, how?

Yeah, this doesn't work (for me), as I know, there is NOT compiled version of viewport with that option. Am I right?

actually there is, if you compiled it yourself from the open-source version
