Dll object Help

I try with the new Dll object and the winmm.dll that have multimedia function. I try call the function named "waveOutGetNumDevs" for detect if an SoundCard is installed. If the function result is > 0 then an SoundCard is installed, but I do not obtain any result.

Somebody can help me with an example please.
